Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: UK-Kent-Bessels Green
Monday to Friday - 9 to 5pm
Starting salary: £20 - £25,000

Overview:
To support the Reporting Manager by providing effective financial management information for internal and external distribution and completing key month end reporting, in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
Reconciling supplier Statements
Processing expenses and credit cards
Processing invoices for authorisation and payment
bank reconciliations
Stopping cheques
Processing payments using Natwest, Lloyds
Multi skill on all ledgers to support team
Obtaining data for auditors
Qualifications:
Skills required
Essential:
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good team player with ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage own workload
- Desirable:
- Experience of using SAGE
