Your role involves nurturing broker relationships, championing the products, and coaching underwriters. Ideal candidates have a strong track record in broker relationships and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster broker relationships and promote products
- Mentor underwriters to enhance sales and account management skills
- Underwrite larger, complex new business cases profitably
- Lead underwriting and sales visits to clients
- Achieve target retention rates and develop new business opportunities
Must-haves:
- Knowledge of insurance market and competitors
- ACII qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent relationship management and sales skills
