The Role
Working within a team of technical recruiters you will be supported to become a specialist within the technology recruitment sector, learning all the jargon and buzz words as you go. You will be shown how to conventionally source and head hunt the best talent in the market for household name clients, as well as how to build your own client base and forge long-lasting relationships within any industry that you choose.
You will have the chance to vastly develop your knowledge of the technology sector, as well as develop your negotiation and people skills, solving hiring problems for clients, and helping candidates find their dream career move in the process.
The right person for the job
We are looking for somebody with a passion for people, and a genuine drive to achieve through hard work, lateral thinking, and persistence. After all, a recruitment desk is essentially your own business. The difference with us is you will have the support and guidance of a highly experienced team to help you achieve all of your goals, and quickly move along a career path that YOU choose!
You will be a recent, or soon to be graduate, ideally with some experience working with customers in any sector, possessing first class communication skills, and a hunger to succeed.
We can teach you all of the technical skills but you have to bring the right attitude and drive to the table!
