Our client within the education sector has a requirement for a Head of HR Systems to join them on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role and ideally you will commit to 1 day per week from their Birmingham office.
Situated within OD team, your duties will include:
- Lead the HR Systems team
- Help with the development of their HR system - People XD/CoreHR
- Effective stakeholder management across the organisation
- Project Management
Essential skills:
- Have a solid understanding of HR Systems ideally People XD/Core or similar
- Team management
- Experience of running and leading on projects
- Excellent written communication and organisational skills
Within this autonomous Head of HR Systems and as part of the wider HR team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
