A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a proactive and driven HR Advisor to join their supportive team based in Blandford Forum, with occasional travel to nearby offices.
You’ll work closely alongside the firm’s experienced HR Manager, who offers a wealth of knowledge across all areas of HR. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative and professional environment, with a clear route for progression over the next few years.
About the Role You’ll provide day-to-day HR support across the firm, assisting with the full employee lifecycle and helping to drive forward HR initiatives and best practice. Working in partnership with the HR Manager, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of areas including:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training & development
- Retention and reward strategies
- Performance management and appraisals
- Employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary issues
- Supporting on proactive HR projects and strategic initiatives
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently studying towards this)
- Proven HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally
