HRIM Systems Consultant - Data Redesign Project

Gerrard White is currently seeking a HRIM Consultant for a market leading insurance group to work for 6-9 months from January 2023 to support a series of projects to transform the way that data is held in the HRIM System and implement HR data reporting transformation across the group.

The aim of the project will be to reduce the need to manually produce data and ensure that data can be automatically generated directly from the HRIM system to business stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis.

This will include working closely with HR, Finance and IT Teams to gather requirements and work closely with IT teams to implement changes to make the data capabilities of the HRIM fit for purpose and in line with best practice.

Suitable applicants must have worked on a similar project to improve and redesign data reporting driven from an HR System and understand what good looks like. Experience from a similar project must be demonstrable within the application. Consultants will also have strong project management and business analysis experience combined with excellent communication skills at a senior stakeholder level with the ability to drive projects forward.
