Fantastic opportunity to join a great local business as a Temporary (at least 3-6 months) Installation Administrator.
This would be perfect for someone who has the availability in-between jobs, university students, or saving to go travel. Whatever the reason, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Our client is an organisation that works in Cloud-based telematics, and working for them is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the local area not to be missed!
The main purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to the team and create the schedule for their engineers. This includes maintaining databases, diary management, data entry and dealing with general correspondences as necessary.
This means day to day your duties could include:
- Coordinating diaries
- General admin-photocopying, filing etc
- Collecting and collating data
- Sorting and distributing correspondences
Though not limited to these duties!
