The Role: Senior Associate (Commercial & Tech Law)
They are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join the Commercial and Tech team, working directly with Senior Management This is a career-defining opportunity, offering a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
The role is diverse and intellectually stimulating, requiring a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts and corporate transactions

• Advising on technology contracts (licensing and development agreements)

• Handling distribution arrangements, franchising, and outsourcing

• Providing strategic intellectual property and brand protection advice

• Assisting clients with contentious IP matters, including copyright and trademark infringement

The Ideal Candidate
You will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with significant PQE in commercial law

• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

• Strong understanding of tech and digital matters, particularly IP and brand protection

• Ability to work autonomously while receiving partner-level support

• Experience managing client relationships and providing commercially focused advice

• Ambition to progress within a highly respected firm with a fast track to partnership
