Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid) Once p/wk in office, London.

The Role
You’ll drive trading performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic partnerships. This is a key role in a high-growth environment, balancing commercial insight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Trading Performance: Analyse trends, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally to drive financial performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee reporting, manage projects, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
- Supplier & Partnership Management: Monitor supplier contracts, optimise commercial terms, and support new partnership deals.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in UK personal/commercial motor insurance, ideally in a trading or operations role.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance pricing, market trends, and commercial levers.
- Analytical mindset with experience in MI reporting, contract management, and financial performance analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at board level.
- A proactive, structured, and commercially driven approach.
