We are Hiring!! Come and work for a progressive and leading recruitment company based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells.
There are many different elements to this role so you need to take an organised and proactive approach to your work. Some of your duties will include:
- Creating attractive job adverts and descriptions
- Carrying out thorough registration check of candidates
- Establish and maintain relationships
- Supporting the new starter and on-boarding process
- Updating applicant tracking system and in-house database
- To follow confidential guidelines with all new starter information

- Monday-Friday 9 am-5.30 pm

- Competitive salary range- £20,000-£28,000 (depending on experience)
- Fantastic uncapped commission- averaging £15,000 on target earnings
