Lead Online Gaming Developer
Fully Remote
Up to £75,000
Gerrard White are currently working with an innovative technology-first Media & Online Gaming company that is looking to bolster its development team with a Team Lead.
They have a vast product range with a proven track record in delivering successful real time multiplayer games. With a host of expansion plans, this role will be pivotal in designing and building the technology ecosystem with a view to overseeing the tech function in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a gaming company and have demonstrable experience in building real-time applications with a lean towards front-end development.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Technical
- Development of new features and full stack systems in line with commercial initiatives.
- Apply high level software design to ensure scalable, sustainable, and high performing applications.
- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant technologies into the design.
Management and Leadership
- Perform regular catchups with team members as necessary.
- Liaise with the Group CTO on the technology roadmap and product enhancement
