Lead Retail Pricing Analyst – Home InsuranceSalary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid. 2-3 days p/wk in London office.

What You’ll Own
- Lead day-to-day pricing analysis, modelling, and recommendations.
- Build datasets that turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Design and deploy rating models that predict claims, conversions, and retention.
- Drive retail price optimisation projects and ensure every rate is fair.
- Be the go-to technical genius for underwriting and pricing support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results that exceed expectations.
- Multiple years of experience in insurance pricing with good WTW Radar skills
- A sharp mind with a 2:1 degree in Maths, Physics, Econometrics, or similar.
- Fluent in SQL, Python, R, or other data wizardry tools.
- Proven track record in pricing updates, performance monitoring, and segmentation.
