Job Title: Leadership Trainer - Talent Developer
Location: UK-Kent-Tunbridge Wells
£36,000 plus great benefits

Overview:
Working within a growing Talent Development department, your role will be to assist in growth and skills development through the delivery of existing training courses and leadership training programmes across a diverse group of businesses

This role would suit a candidate who has recent experience in leading a team and has a passion for developing others. They will have a dynamic, positive and engaging personality and will be able to foster successful relationships with stakeholders across our business through their credibility and positive approach to their role.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

* Help deliver engaging front line, aspiring leader and first line leadership training across differing departments and businesses within the Group
* Support the development of delegates enrolled in our in-house leadership apprenticeship programmes
* Contribute to the administration and management of our LMS (learning management system)
* Plan and schedule training sessions and provide and maintain accurate reports for internal and external audits
* Eager to develop themselves and improve the effectiveness of their training by embracing development opportunities
* Undertakes other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by their line manager

Qualifications:
Key Skills and Knowledge:

Essential Skills
* Experience of leading a team
* Some experience of training delivery
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good understanding of MS Office suite
* Organised with excellent time management skills
* Positive attitude to problem solving with an ability to work collaboratively
* Flexible approach to variable tasks with an overall desire to deliver excellent results
Desirable Skills
* Minimum 1 year leadership experience
* Training/facilitation qualification would be a plus
* Knowledge and experience of supporting apprenticeships or assessing work
* Knowledge of learning management systems
