We are seeking a Post Completions Administration Assistant to join a growing law firm based in Basingstoke. This firm are going through an exciting period of growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a dynamic and fun team. The firm are looking to establish themselves as the leading firm in their region and their staff are critical to this success.
They're looking for a bright person with good academics who ideally has prior experience in a Legal or administrative role, or within property. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Post Completions Administration assistant to work in a highly regarded law firm.
The department covers a wide variety of work from very large freehold sales and purchases all the way through to shared ownership flats.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the completion of SDLT applications
- Be responsible for the completion of registrations
- Be servicing all of the appropriate notices
- Be dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- Provide updates to lenders
- Provide completed registration documents to clients and lenders
- Close files ensuring there are no financial balances on them

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £20 000 and £26 000.
