Are you a Litigation Solicitor who is ambitious, driven and keen to make Partner in a reputable Kent-based law firm with a long history? Do you have links to Sevenoaks, or wish to work in a lovely town and are willing to relocate? If the answers are yes, I'm keen to hear from you!The successful Litigation Solicitor will be supported by experienced support staff (Legal Secretary and/or Paralegal) to enable you to manage a mixes case load of contentious and non-contentious litigation work including:
- Landlord and Tenant
- Property disputes
- Consumer disputes
- Debt recovery
- Partnership, shareholder and company disputes
- Contract disputes
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
- Ideally have some management/leadership experience
- Be career motivated - there are genuine opportunities for Partnership/head of department responsbilities
- Have experience of business development/marketing
- Demonstrate a high level of client care
- Offer strong technical knowledge akin with level of experience
- Have excellent communication skills
