Private Client SolicitorAre you a Private Client Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are currently working with a well-established law firm in the heart of Tunbridge Wells that is seeking a motivated and compassionate Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on and administering trusts
- Handling probate and estate administration (including taxable and non-taxable estates)
- Providing guidance on Inheritance Tax and probate procedures in England and Wales
We’re looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) who can demonstrate:
- Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
- A compassionate and client-focused approach
- A good understanding of inheritance law and estate administration
- Confidence using legal software and IT tools including Microsoft Office and Adobe
- A collaborative, professional, and genuinely welcoming team environment
- A hybrid working model (office-based in Tunbridge Wells with some remote flexibility)
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Competitive salary of £40,000 – £42,000, depending on experience
