Operational Resilience SME / Consultant

Job description

We are currently seeking a contract Operational Resilience SME / Operational Resilience Consultant for a market leading insurance company/

Duration: 12 Months

IR35 Determination: Outside IR35

Objective:

Provide consultancy services acting as an SME for the GroupOperational Resilience Programme future proofing for the 2025 FCA/PRA regulations in time for Spring 2025.

Suitable candidates will have acted as SME for FCA / PRA projects in readiness for Spring 2025 exclusively for the last 2-3 years ideally within the insurance sector but wider financial services experience considered.

You must be an expert and have acted as SME to the workstream projects, leading the move to compliance for the deadline.

On a personal level, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to advise and consult with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

This role will be based remotely but some flexibility to travel to client offices as needed for the project.
