Role: PA (Team Coordinator)
Location: Tunbridge Wells or Chesterfield
Working: Hybrid- 2 days in the office and the rest from home unless attending meetings
Are you a dynamic, proactive individual with exceptional PA skills? I'm seeking a talented individual to play a crucial role in supporting the IT Senior Management Team of a large, multi-brand insurance group. As the Team Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to key members of the Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating essential documents.
- Accurately capturing meeting minutes and ensuring timely distribution.
- Supporting HR administration and maintaining organisational charts.
- Booking travel, hotels, and restaurants using company resources.
- Assisting in crafting internal and external communications.
- Flexibility to handle additional tasks and identify opportunities to add value.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with accurate typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to manage workloads, influence, negotiate, and plan events.
- Ability to collaborate across all levels within the organisation.
- Capacity to manage conflicting priorities and demands with precision.
