Role: PA (Team Coordinator)
Location: Tunbridge Wells or Chesterfield
Working: Hybrid- 2 days in the office and the rest from home unless attending meetings

Are you a dynamic, proactive individual with exceptional PA skills? I'm seeking a talented individual to play a crucial role in supporting the IT Senior Management Team of a large, multi-brand insurance group. As the Team Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to key members of the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating essential documents.
  • Accurately capturing meeting minutes and ensuring timely distribution.
  • Supporting HR administration and maintaining organisational charts.
  • Booking travel, hotels, and restaurants using company resources.
  • Assisting in crafting internal and external communications.
  • Flexibility to handle additional tasks and identify opportunities to add value.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with accurate typing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads, influence, negotiate, and plan events.
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels within the organisation.
  • Capacity to manage conflicting priorities and demands with precision.
