Job description
A Painter and Decorator required for a well-established property maintenance company based in Tunbridge Wells.
Responsibilities:
- Applying paint and varnishes to a variety of surfaces
- Applying primers and undercoats
- Using brushes, rollers and spraying equipment where required
- Wallpapering
- Ensure all surfaces are ready for decorating
- Tidy work areas and ensure tools are kept clean
- Preparing surrounding areas ready for work
- Advising on equipment and resources necessary to complete the job
