Payroll Systems Analyst (Workday)
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum

London or Bedford, Hybrid (2 days office, 3 from home)

Our client a leading international insurance group has a requirement for a Payroll Systems Analyst (Workday) to join them on a permanent basis, to work hybrid from either their London or Bedford office. (2 day per week in the office)
Situated within HRIS team, your duties will include:
- Being the SME for all Workday Payroll System queries
- Requirement gather, develop technical solutions, and enable the best user experience for Workday Payroll
- Support the ongoing maintenance and support of Workday
- Help with the configuration and development of the initial implementation
- Participate in the planned projects
- Create reports and manage data effectively
Essential skills:
- Have at least 2 years' experience as a Payroll Systems Analyst utilising Workday
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- A high level of understanding data and reporting
- Able to attend either the London or Bedford office 2 days per week
- Based in the UK and not require sponsorship
