Performance AnalystMotor Insurance
Location: Hybrid Brentwood once p/wk
Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Use your analytical skills to influence strategy and optimise portfolio performance. As Performance Analyst, you’ll monitor results, identify trends, and deliver insights that help shape business decisions.
You will:
- Analyse performance by product, scheme, and distribution channel.
- Forecast key metrics and monitor market trends.
- Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Support governance, performance committees, and post-implementation reviews.
- Degree in Maths, Statistics, or similar (preferred).
- 1–2 years’ insurance experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and commercial skills.
