We’re working closely with a long-established and highly regarded law firm based in Surrey, currently looking to expand their Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified or experienced professionals seeking a progressive and supportive environment where expertise is valued and growth is encouraged.We are also keen to speak with ambitious, proactive legal professionals – whether you're a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or an experienced paralegal – with a strong background in private client law.
Private Client Solicitor
You will be joining an established team handling a varied and often complex caseload including:
- Wills (both simple and complex)
- Probate and estate administration
- Tax and estate planning
- LPAs and trusts
We’re looking for candidates with solid residential conveyancing experience, ideally with exposure to:
- Sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers
- Commercial property work is a bonus, though not essential
