Job description
A well respected full-service law firm with centrally located offices are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join them in rural Kent. The successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will join an established team, with quality private client work to include:
- Wills
- Probate
- Trust
- Tax
- Court of Protection
The successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will offer the following skill set/background:
- Be an experienced Private Client Practitioner (qualified or non-qualified) with at least 2 years fee earning experience, who is able to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate good technical knowledge akin to experience
- Be a keen team player who is willing to share ideas
- Be IT literate
- Be client focussed with a commercial awareness
- Ideally have some experience and/or an interest in business development - not essential
