About the role
My Client is a world-leading provider of Global Workforce Solutions, headquartered in London and operating across 180+ countries. My client is expanding their digital capabilities and are looking for a Product Backlog Owner to help bring my client’s next-generation self-service workforce management platform, to life.
As Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in driving product delivery turning ideas into powerful, scalable features that shape how global teams are managed. You’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to refine the product backlog, set priorities, and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of new features and integrations for the workforce management platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to turn business goals into actionable stories.
- Keep delivery on track, resolve blockers, and maintain high quality standards.
- Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in a SaaS or software setting.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including business analysis, design, and
development. - Solid understanding of software delivery processes in agile, multi-team contexts
- Strong technical understanding - comfortable discussing APIs and architecture.
- Proven success in agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
