About the Role:
Gaby Hardwicke is seeking a driven and meticulous Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a technically complex caseload predominantly focused on leases. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of intricate matters including:
- Lease extensions
- Deeds of variation
- Alterations (1997 Act)
- Licenses
- LP1s
- Lease negotiations
- Easement work
While an up-to-date knowledge of leases is not a prerequisite, we are looking for a Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer who is technically gifted and possesses an exceptionally high attention to detail.
