A well established and highly regarded law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, to join their busy team!The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will be responsible for their own case load to include:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Remortgage
- Transfer of equity
- Potentially some new build work
- Be a qualified Residential Conveyancer - as a Solicitor permitted to practice in England and Wales; a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive. Applications will also be considered from unqualified fee earners with relevant experience/technical knowledge
- Have at least 3 years PQE
- Ideally have a following - not essential
- Be willing (and have experience) of networking and business development - nurturing and growing existing relationships within the local area
- Solid technical skills akin to your experience as a Conveyancer
- Be a keen team player
NB: Whilst the firm offer hybrid working (1 day WFH per week) after a period of settling, it would be preferred that the candidate will be office-based.
