Job description
A reputable law firm with a long history are expanding their Residential Property department, and require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them in Sevenoaks, where there is an abundance of quality residential property matters.The successful Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor will be supported by experienced support staff (Legal Secretary and/or Paralegal) to enable you to manage a varied case load comprising:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgage
- Shared ownership/stair casing
- New build work
- Transfer of equity
- Have at least 3 years fee earning experience
- Ideally be qualified (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Be able to develop strong professional relationships with Estate Agents and clients
- Demonstrate a high level of client care
- Offer strong technical knowledge akin with level of experience
- Be a keen team player
- Have excellent communication skills
