Job Title: Reward Manager
Location: Fully Remote - Occasional office visits.
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm
Overview:
This role is to support the Reward team in the delivery of the comprehensive Reward agenda across the Markerstudy Group. The role is responsible for cyclical Reward activity including salary review and bonus, along with the design and delivery of benefits & well-being activities for the Group. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining an environment which engages and supports all colleagues, with the provision of market-leading benefits, and delivery of the well-being strategy.
Compensation
Providing comprehensive internal and external benchmarking salary data, working in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers;
Maintaining market data and participating in pay and benefits surveys;
· Maintain appropriate processes to ensure accurate grading, benchmarking and job levelling are in place, and are consistent and equitable
- Production of regular insightful gender pay and ethnicity analysis.
Developing reward structures from rolling out bonus schemes to LTIPs.
Delivering the annual reward calendar activities such as pay review, bonus awards, etc. ensuring all Managers are trained in the compensation tool.
Working with the HR data team to design and implement reward tools across the business.

- Build and strengthen supplier relationships by monitoring contractual service levels and KPIs
- Continually support in evolving the benefit and well-being strategies in place.
- Develop action plans and analyses that deliver maximum measurable impact for colleagues, and deliver on ROI for the business
- Identify market trends and propose new initiatives in response ensuring we are competitive in our offering
- Ensure colleagues understand our Benefit & Well-being offering using various communication opportunities from Roadshows to regular updates.
- Implement changes to recognition programmes across the Group to ensure maximum colleague engagement
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management-level reward and employee benefits role;
- Experience with the technical and legal aspects of reward/compensation within financial services or professional services;
- Educated to degree level or equivalent;
- Relevant reward qualification (or HR qualification including reward)
- Highly effective analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders;
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Job evaluation and pay structure experience;
- Benchmarking experience (base and variable pay) inc. senior/executive roles;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
