Superb opportunity to join a global insurance intermediary and risk manager during a major transformation programme to develop and deploy a new infrastructure, as a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer.
Job Description
You will play a lead part in delivering day to day support and administration of Azure Cloud Infrastructure services within a complex insurance focused organisations, forging key relationships with operational teams in both the UK and US, across DevOps, Group Entities, and the End User Support Teams.
You'll be responsible for the general health and maintenance of cloud services and making sure it's build, deployment, automation and security technologies are fit for purpose.
- Providing guidance and support across the MS Cloud and associated products
- Managing, supporting and responding to escalated cases in harmony with SLA's
- Ensure security updates are installed and monitored within the cloud environment
- Integrate existing solutions into the new infrastructure and act as an SME on development projects
The Successful Senior Azure Cloud Engineer
You will be an expert in Azure Cloud deployment and associated MS IAM products such as Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies and Active Directory Domain Services.
Have a track record in supporting the management of Azure Resources within an enterprise scale environment.
Demonstratable knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Able to Script competently within PowerShell as well as being able to take on, develop, and validate new solutions and features provided by cloud services.
