Senior Pricing ManagerMotor Insurance
Location: Hybrid. Brentwood once p/wk
Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £110,000 p/a + Benefits

You’ll lead the pricing strategy for a diverse insurance portfolio, managing a high-performing team and driving innovation in pricing capability, governance, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will:
- Set and deliver pricing strategy across multiple product lines.
- Lead pricing reviews, model governance, and adequacy assessments.
- Drive enhancements in tools, models, and forecasting.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and governance reporting.
- Fully/part-qualified Actuary, or Maths/Statistics degree with senior pricing experience.
- Expertise in GLM and machine learning models.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance pricing techniques and regulation.
