SuccessFactors Project Manager
£60,000 - £90,000 per annum

Our client an SAP Gold Implementation Partner have a requirement for a SuccessFactors Project Manager to join them on permanent hybrid basis.
Skills and Experience
- Significant industry related experience within large, enterprise organisations.
- Possess many years within a project management role
- Leadership responsibility managing medium to large projects/teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
- Hands-on consultancy experience
- Been involved in planning through to configuration and go-live.
- Strong functional knowledge of the system
- Developed relationships with key stakeholders within a client facing role
- Expert knowledge of the HR and industry-specific business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
The Essentials
- Extensive SuccessFactors implementation and project management experience
- Completed several implementations within a consultancy environment
- Having international project experience is highly advantageous
- Be willing to travel to clients site when needs and attend the London office when required
Within this autonomous Lead SuccessFactors Consultant role and as part of the wider implementation team you will have the opportunity to gain experience and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
