Role: UX Analyst

Location: Remote

6 Months Outside IR35 Contract

Are you an adaptable UX professional with a knack for working across concurrent streams, helping to make usable products, services, and technology?

If so, Gerrard White are currently partnering with a leading digital insurer who are looking for somebody just like you to support an existing UX function across the delivery of a number of key projects.

You will ideally -

• Be proficient with Figma
• Have prior experience with research initiatives, including conducting research and drawing conclusions through careful analysis
• Focus on human-centred design to create innovative solutions
• Harness your curiosity to understand user behaviour, getting to the 'why' behind the way customers interact with their services
• Be confident with testing, prototyping and championing UX ideas

The bulk of the work is project-led, working with like minded people to drive change across the organisation's key pillars. Through your curiosity and natural desire to never stop learning, you will uncover the answers to questions that ultimately shape the way the organisation interacts with it's new, existing, and potential customers.
