Position: Admin Accounts Assistant

Location: Lakeside, Portsmouth

Type: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handling policy finance, processing refunds, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Data entry - entering and amending customer account details.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Contacting customers either by letter, email, or phone.
