A well-established Tunbridge Wells-based commercial and residential property management company are searching for an administrator to join their Estates and Facilities department.
Key Responsibilities;
Provide support to the head of department (and the wider team)
Manage all Landlord and Tenant relationships
Co-ordination of appointments
Report writing and general office administration
Experience and Skills required ;
Positive & enthusiastic attitude
Strong communicator both written and verbally
Administration experience
Someone with, or willing to work towards qualifications such as AIRPM, ARLA, RICS, IOSH, IWFM

Fantastic starting salary £25,000* Experience dependent
Monday-Friday only 9 am- 5 pm
