Assistant Company Secretary

Job description

Seeking a proactive and qualified Assistant Company Secretary to support the Company Secretary and team. The Assistant Company Secretary will primarily assist in the administration and record-keeping of companies and boards, with a specific focus on regulated insurance boards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings for regulated insurance boards.
  • Prepare agendas, track actions, and take minutes.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Perform general company secretarial duties including filing documents and updating registers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree educated and CGI (ICSA) qualified.
  • Previous experience as a company secretary in a regulated environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Diligent Entities.
