Seeking a proactive and qualified Assistant Company Secretary to support the Company Secretary and team. The Assistant Company Secretary will primarily assist in the administration and record-keeping of companies and boards, with a specific focus on regulated insurance boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings for regulated insurance boards.
- Prepare agendas, track actions, and take minutes.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Perform general company secretarial duties including filing documents and updating registers.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree educated and CGI (ICSA) qualified.
- Previous experience as a company secretary in a regulated environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Diligent Entities.
