A top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices near Covent Garden are seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their superb team, due to expansion.The successful NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will manage their own case load of core commercial property matters, with a large proportion of Landlord and Tenant work. They will benefit from ongoing training and development (well respected seniors who will offer mentoring along with firm-wide investment into your personal development), with a clear career path and a fun and vibrant working environment.
The successful newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor will offer the following skill set/background:
- Be a recently qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or due to qualify in September 2025
- Have enjoyed quality Solicitor's training in a well respected English law firm or legal services company - with at least 1 seat in commercial property/real estate
- Be able to demonstrate a technical knowledge in Landlord and Tenant work and general commercial property work (akin with PQE)
- Offer excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Be commercially aware
- Have solid IT skills
- Be a keen team player
