Role: Broker Management Support
Location: Whitstable or Haywards Heath - with Hybrid working available
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £23,000 -28,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Broker Management Support Administrator to join a supportive team in either Whitstable or Haywards Heath.

As a Broker Management Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Broker Manager with the development of key accounts and take ownership in working towards the team's overall profit targets.
Some of your other responsibilities will be:
- Keeping Broker records up to date
- Manager broker audit feedback and performance issues
- Follow up and respond to new business opportunities
- Provide admin support in relation to agency management
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
This is a varied role that will allow you to have exposure to various areas of the business.
Skills / experience required
- Previous experience within an insurance role
- A general understanding of how Insurance Brokers operate
- Knowledge of various insurance products
- Willingness to collaborate with various teams and be able to flex workload and responsibilities according to the business' needs
