Job description
In this role, you will support in the development and embedding of the resilience operating model across our business. You'll ensure resilience processes are robust, meet regulatory standards, and align with the company's risk appetite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Group's Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance.
- Promote resilience awareness and training across the organisation.
- Lead the development and testing of crisis and business continuity plans.
- Coordinate and review regulatory documents for governance.
- Report on resilience capabilities to senior committees.
- Manage group-wide incidents, tracking lessons learned.
- Oversee the mass notification tool, ensuring effective use and training.
- Ensure adherence to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Operational Resilience and industry standards (ISO27001, ISO22301, etc.).
- Understanding of risk in business operations, technology, and cloud services.
- Experience in Business Continuity, Incident/Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Supplier Management.
- Preferable experience in insurance or financial services with FCA regulation knowledge.
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
- Experience managing crises and operational outages is desirable.
