Change Delivery Manager
Hybrid working (2 days on site in Peterborough OR Sunderland) and the rest remotely from home)
We are currently looking for an experienced Change Delivery Manager to join a large insurance group who can manage a multi-disciplined agile delivery team driving business changes and technical improvements across our estate.
The team focus on improving technology across the group and is entirely technology based rather than functional improvements.
As a commercially astute Change Delivery Manager, you will plan and lead the delivery of change to make certain that technology solutions achieve the right outcome for both the customers and business?. This role is accountable for planning to ensure the team are as effective as possible and will act as an escalation point for the delivery team.
?You will lead, develop, and empower a collaborative high performing delivery team and manage the performance and personal development of all team members?.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Proven experience leading software development teams in an agile environment?
- Strong communicator and influencer? who can clearly articulate to different audiences
- Ability to challenge and shape business change from a strategic and commercial perspective?
- Life-long learner? who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment?
- Ability to manage multiple work streams with quick turnarounds and moving perimeters?
- Systems thinker with strong focus of the right outcomes for our customers

Previous insurance experience is not essential but any experience within a regulated business would be beneficial.
