Bristol (Hybrid: 3 days in the office)
Full time - Permanent
- Review and investigate insurance policies and claims, reporting potential issues to insurers.
- Assist clients in managing complaints and claims, negotiating settlements within delegated authority.
- Maintain accurate data on our electronic case management system.
- Deliver reports and uphold service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and suppliers.
- Identify risks and trends, escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and team procedures.
- 2+ years claims handling experience with technical knowledge in either insurance or legal claims.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with case management systems preferred.
