Claims Processor and Handler

As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of motor claims, ensuring fair and accurate settlements for our policyholders. Your role will involve investigating claims, determining liability, and working closely with third-party agencies, repairers, and solicitors to reach amicable resolutions. You will also be the main point of contact for our customers, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the claims process.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in claims handling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make fair and accurate assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to dealing with customers and their needs.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles and policies related to motor claims is advantageous.
