Commercial Litigation Lawyer required for a leading Hampshire practice.
The role would suit any qualified lawyer (Solicitor/ FCILEx) who is keen to establish themselves at this well know firm who have numerous offices across the region. The firm are keen to speak to both junior lawyers seeking to develop their expertise under the guidance of a partner, or perhaps a more experienced commercial litigator who is looking to grow their own practice further within a non-corporate and more personable legal practice!
The firm has a fantastic dispute resolution team of eight, led by two very well-established partners.
The team deal with a broad range of disputes and contentious matters including:
- Property related disputes (commercial and residential)
- Construction
- Professional negligence
- Commercial contract disputes
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Actions against company directors
- The protection of commercial reputations
- Intellectual property
This particular role will have a focus on property disputes initially but provides plenty of future scope to develop your own practice and take on a broader portfolio of commercial disputes.
