Commercial Property ParalegalOur client, a leading regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team and to support on a broad range of real estate matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling day-to-day client files including leasehold/freehold acquisitions, deeds, licences, agreements, and more
- Drafting and negotiating property documents from precedent or heads of terms
- Reviewing title (registered & unregistered), raising requisitions, and advising on defects
- Managing completions, post-completion (SDLT/LTT, HMLR), and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, surveyors, and lawyers clearly and confidently
- Supporting client projects, secondments, and providing training where required
- Maintaining intranet systems, forecasts, deed schedules, and compliance protocols
Solid experience in commercial property work (12 months experience plus).
Strong drafting, negotiation, and title review skills
Confident communicator with attention to detail
Good working knowledge of MS Office
