We’re working with a well-known Tunbridge Wells practice renowned for its friendly, down-to-earth culture and commitment to professional development. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join their expanding Commercial Property team.
The Role You’ll work closely with three Partners and a Solicitor within a busy and collaborative department, handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The firm acts for an impressive portfolio of clients across sectors including planning, education, charities, and care, providing a stimulating and varied caseload.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that also offers plenty of opportunity to work alongside the Corporate & Commercial team on transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising clients across a range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments on corporate transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the team
- Qualified Solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Commercially astute with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator and proactive team player
- Keen to develop long-term client relationships and progress your career
