A City law firm has an opening for a mid-senior level commercial solicitor to join their growing Corporate & Commercial practice.
The firm provides legal services to many domestic and start-up companies, although they are best known for meeting the commercial legal requirements of the UK subsidiaries and multi-national corporations, many of which are household names. A large number of their clients are headquartered in the Asia Pacific.
The Corporate & Commercial team currently provide a wide range of commercial advice to their clients including:
- Sales of goods and services, including cross-border
- Consumer law
- Product liability
- Outsourcing
- Agency and distribution
- Data Protection
- Intellectual property
- IT & E-commerce
