Job Title: Compliance OfficerLocation: City of London Hybrid/Permanent
A leading City law firm is looking for a Compliance Officer/Assistant to join its Risk & Compliance Team. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role ensuring the firm meets its obligations under SRA, AML, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.

What You'll Do:
Support firm-wide compliance processes, policies & training
Handle SRA, AML, and GDPR compliance tasks
Respond to internal compliance queries
Assist with monitoring and internal audits
Help develop risk and compliance frameworks
About You:
Compliance/risk experience in a law firm or regulated setting
Strong understanding of SRA standards, AML, and GDPR
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
