We are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor join a highly regarded law firm in Surrey in their litigation team. The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will join a busy and thriving, friendly team in a firm who have an established HNW client base.
The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will have a busy caseload covering:

• Contesting the validity of Wills
• Inheritance Act disputes
• Trustee disputes
• Estate disputes

The successful candidate must

• Have prior experience working in contentious probate
• Have attention to detail
• Excellent client care skills
• Be a collaborative worker
• Have strong IT skills
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a positive and friendly individual
• Work to a high standard
• ACTAPS Membership is an advantage
• Have an interest in Business Development
