Conveyancing Fee Earner
A highly successful and established High Street law firm are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal) to join them in their Heathfield offices.
The role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner who is keen to enjoy a healthy work-life balance coupled with quality work.
The successful individual will be responsible for a mixed case load comprising:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Remortgaging
- Transfer of equity
- New build/plot sales
The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will offer the following background/skill set:
- Have at 2 years experience in a Residential Property team, paired with at least 6 months Fee Earning experience - those who are unqualified or part-qualified are welcomed to apply.
- Demonstrate a commercial awareness
- Be highly client focused
- Be a keen team player
- Offer solid IT skills
- Have links to the local area
The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be supported by highly experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on quality legal advice. You will join a friendly yet professional team, working in well presented offices, where staff turn over is exceptionally low.
Whilst it is preferred that the successful candidate will be fully office-based, there is the option to work one day per week at home.
You will be welcomed with a market-led salary of up to £35,000, along with a benefits package and discretionary bonus structure.
