Customer Sales and Renewals Representative

Salary: - £19,000p/a plus bonus

Bonus: - £150-£200 per month, However top earns are making on average £800 - £1000 per month

Location: - Portsmouth

Hours: - Full Time 37.5 hours per week - 3-week shift pattern between 8 am and 8 pm

My client is a large and leading Pet Insurance Group who are seeking customer service professionals to join their large team.

This is a customer service position with a sales and renewals focus, meaning you could earn up to an additional £500 MMM on top of your basic salary!

There is no cold calling, and you would be speaking to existing customers who wish to renew their policies and using excellent customer service to promote and cross-sell additional policy extras.

Full training and work-from-home equipment provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls promptly and professionally
  • Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email updating details on the internal system whilst providing excellent customer service.
  • Production of customer, affinity, and veterinary correspondence to corporate standard.
  • Collating and posting of documents where required.
  • Maintaining a consistent and energetic approach and building rapport with internal and external customers to establish customer relations.
  • Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to obtain information to allow veterinary nurses to settle claims and produce cheques.
  • To manage the customer through the lifecycle of their policy from quote/sales and inception, MTA's and renewals the claims process and all credit control functions providing a one-touch service.
  • Ad hoc duties as required by Management.
  • Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes about FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly
