As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for looking after your customer. They may have had an accident by the side of the road and it will be your job to arrange a hire car and get the car into the garage for repairs. You will be there to update and look after each customer and see them through the whole process with an empathetic ear and friendly manner.
Your key purpose in this role is to deal with Accidental Damage claims in a cost effective, efficient way and manage the process of your allocated claims from start to finish.

My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group, renowned for their staff reward and recognition and are in The Times Top 100 Companies to work for. They are now looking to recruit Trainee Accidental Damage Claims Handlers to join their dynamic and forward thinking team.
Responsibilities
- Process New Repair & Total Loss Claims
- Speaking with customers in regard to their claims
- General admin and emails
- Updating customers with the progression of their claim
- Dealing with emails and post
- Liaise with suppliers
- Additional administration duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude
- Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues
- Willingness to develop self and new skills

Hours Shifted: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and occasional Saturday work.
Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £20,357 moving to £21,357 after 3 months
Work from home 3 days and 2 days in the office (working remotely to begin with)
